✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn and unwashed
- Unaltered — not cut, dyed, or chemically treated
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Not a sale or discounted item
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Hair that has been worn, washed, cut, or chemically treated
- Items without original packaging or missing tags
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code
- Items damaged due to improper use or care
📋 How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or Instagram (details below)
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item
- Wait for our team to respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we inspect the item

🔄 Exchanges

📦 Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will:
- Cover all return shipping costs
- Send a replacement at no extra charge, OR
- Issue a full refund — whichever you prefer
