At Elite Hair, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our 100% Vietnamese human hair products and offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Not a sale or discounted item

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Hair that has been worn, washed, cut, or chemically treated
  • Items without original packaging or missing tags
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code
  • Items damaged due to improper use or care

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please provide your order number and reason for return along with photos of the item. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Elite Hair is not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you via email or WhatsApp of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange an exchange.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
